Fly Blue Crane is committed to ensuring that customers with special needs are adequately accommodated. Customers must ensure that their special needs are declared to and confirmed by Fly Blue Crane upon making a reservation. Fly Blue Crane encourages customers who require special assistance services to contact [email protected] at least 3 days before their planned trip.
Fly Blue Crane accepts carriage of unaccompanied children, incapacitated persons, pregnant women, persons with illness or other individuals requiring special assistance, provided compliance with the below:
DECLARE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE NEEDS WHEN BOOKING
When making a booking, Fly Blue Crane customers are encouraged to inform the airline of any medical conditions that may require medical or special assistance during any part of the travel experience (embarkation, disembarkation or onboard). Once Fly Blue Crane has received any medical clearance required and all conditions attached to such a clearance have been complied with by our customer, the reservation will then be confirmed. Fly Blue Crane reserves the right to deny boarding in the interest of safety, and will, in such instances refund the denied customer in full.
CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES
Customers with disabilities who have advised Fly Blue Crane of any special requirements at the time of ticketing, and been accepted by the airline, shall not subsequently be refused carriage on the basis of such disability or special requirements. It is also important to note that Fly Blue Crane regulations or government regulations may apply to the air transport of such passengers.
SEATING FOR CUSTOMERS WHO REQUIRE SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Fly Blue Crane customers who require Special Assistance may not be seated in the same row or row directly forward or after an over-wing emergency exit; or in the same row as any other exit unless such exit and row are separated by a bulkhead.
